We’re Taylor and Shelby Hallman—two teachers, parents, and the family behind ClassPlaybook.
ClassPlaybook didn’t begin as a list of features. It began with the everyday reality we both know as teachers: there is never enough time, and the tools meant to help can sometimes create more work.
We wanted one place that could follow the rhythm of a real teaching day—a place to plan, present, manage routines, hear from students, and adjust when the lesson changes. Something flexible enough for different classrooms, but simple enough to use when students are already walking through the door.
That idea became ClassPlaybook. We’re building the workspace we would want beside us in our own classrooms.
Our work comes from the classroom first, supported by backgrounds in educational technology, leadership, and business.

Taylor pairs classroom experience with a Master of Education in Educational Technology and Leadership. He leads the development of ClassPlaybook, turning teacher feedback and real classroom needs into tools educators can use every day.
Education and Business • Owner/Marketing & Sales
Shelby brings her experience as a teacher and her Master of Business Administration to ClassPlaybook. She guides how we communicate with educators and schools, while helping keep the growth of the company connected to the people it was built to serve.
Our family is part of the ClassPlaybook story. Building this company means creating something we’re proud to put our names behind—something thoughtful enough for teachers, dependable enough for a school day, and useful enough to earn a place in a classroom.
