Follow the setup guide →Check the teacher screen, student joining, and embedded media before a lesson.

Get billing help →Ask your IT team to review the district network requirements. Share the blocked address and the exact message. Don’t bypass your school’s filtering policy.
Start the activity on the teacher screen first. Use the address and current code shown for that activity: Live Response, Draw & Guess, and This or That have different joining flows. Check one student device before inviting the whole class.
Open the presentation link directly in the same browser. If it asks for permission, check its sharing settings with the owner. A link that works for the signed-in owner may not work in an embed. Never make private student information public just to fix an embed.
Keep the classroom screen open and use its current connection instructions. Check browser camera permission for Doc Cam. If the connection works at home but not at school, send the network requirements to IT. See Teacher Remote and Pocket Doc Cam for the supported workflows.
Close unrelated browser tabs and test a simple classroom screen before adding several live media sources. Check whether the slowdown follows one presentation or happens everywhere. Send support the device, browser, and steps that reproduce it. Don’t include student names, passwords, or private documents.
Check that you signed in with the email used for the purchase. Review Membership & Billing before paying again. If access still looks wrong, contact support with the purchase date and receipt reference. Do not send a full card number.
Open Membership & Billing in your account and review the cancellation control and confirmation. Check the renewal date and access end date shown there. See Terms for the published subscription terms.
Send purchase questions through Contact. Refund requests need individual review; this guide does not promise eligibility. Schools can request a quote through District Access. Current individual plans are listed on Pricing.
