Using ClassPlaybook
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use ClassPlaybook lawfully. Educators and organizations are responsible for deciding what classroom information they enter and for following applicable school and district policies.
Student participation
ClassPlaybook does not offer a general student account area. A student may participate only in a teacher-launched Live Response session using its code or link. The teacher or organization is responsible for supervising that activity and choosing appropriate participant identifiers.
Free plan and subscriptions
The free plan does not expire and includes five Teacher Remote sessions per calendar month, resetting on the first of each month in UTC. Reconnecting to the same valid classroom session does not use another allowance. Paid subscriptions and active complimentary passes provide unrestricted Teacher Remote access. Reaching an allowance does not delete saved work or interrupt an already-connected lesson. Renewal, cancellation, and final payment information are presented through the billing flow.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you enter or upload. You grant ClassPlaybook the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate the requested features. ClassPlaybook does not sell or rent your content, classroom information, or student data, and does not use it to build advertising profiles. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, distribute malicious content, violate another person’s rights, or use ClassPlaybook in a way that creates unreasonable risk for students or educators.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ClassPlaybook reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be updated to improve safety, performance, or functionality. These terms may also be updated; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
